Loon Estate Management grew out of the window cleaning business we already ran on these lakes — and the hundreds of homes we came to know along the way.
We started Loon Estate Management the same place we started everything else: cleaning windows. Today we run over 500 window cleaning jobs a year across the Lakes Region — which means, by the time we started offering property management, we'd already been inside more lake homes than almost anyone else around.
That's the foundation we're building on. We know these houses, we know these roads, and we know exactly which local contractors do good work and show up when they say they will. Property management is the next chapter — the same care, just watching over your home full-time instead of just its windows.
Loon Estate Management is run by Thaddeus and Kesia Bell — locals who'd rather keep this operation small and hands-on than hand your home off to a call center. When you call, you're getting one of us.
